Federal Reparations in the Era of Trump Webinar: Friday, August 1st, 2025

Legislatively, although H.R. 40 and the Reparations Now Resolution have been reintroduced in Congress, success remains highly unlikely. Judicially, the same holds true, with the Supreme Court being solidly conservative. That leaves the Executive branch. When pursuing this path, one must remember the Executive branch is more than just the President.
